Physiotherapy
Kinesiology is a movement therapy that aims to relieve pain and improve mobility. It combines mobilization, strength training and coordination to treat pain and limitations. Poor posture and incorrect loading are analyzed to create individual therapy plans. Kinesiology supports recovery after operations (post-op). Electrotherapy and massage can also be integrated to improve the quality of life holistically.
Osteopathy
Osteopathy is a holistic form of therapy that uses manual techniques to treat pain and dysfunction. It aims to restore balance in the musculoskeletal system and support the healing process. There are three forms: craniosacral osteopathy for the central nervous system, visceral osteopathy to promote organ function and parietal osteopathy to treat muscles and joints. These approaches are often used in combination.
